 On March 21 we are going caving in Georgia. This trip is will be vertical caving. We will rappel 40' into the cave, do the exploring then ascend a rope to exit. We haven’t had this much fun in a while.
This trip is for scouts who are at least 14 years old and in order to go on this trip all who are going, scouts and adults, must practice rappelling and ascending
On Sunday, March 8th, we will go to Camp Bob Hardin to practice these skills. We will leave SEAS at 12:30 Sunday afternoon and return by 6:00.
If you are going caving, this is a mandatory pre-trip event. Sign-up, costs and detail will be available at the troop meeting this Tuesday.
