 Patrol leader council meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month throughout the year from 6:30 to 7 pm at SEAS. All of the Troop's junior leaders are EXPECTED to attend. We are in the midst of the annual Trails End Popcorn Sale. If each Scout can sell at least $100 we won’t need any other fund raising for the rest of the year.. The troop gets a full 30% of the sale and the local Council gets another 30%. Get out there and sell that popcorn. Take it to school, work, neighbors and family. Don’t forget to sign up for Salesmanship MB. Sell! Sell!

 November 6th we will pick up trash along Log Shoals Rd. again. This always works best with at least 6 Scouts and 2 adults, of course, the more the merrier. Meet at SEAS at 9:00AM.

 The Southbounder Fall Camporee will be October 21, 22, 23 and will have a Medieval theme. We will develop a Coat of Arms to rally around for the weekend. Archery, log cross, lance throw, catapult, and jousting are some of the activities to look forward to.

The first Annual Diocese of Charleston Catholic Camporee will be Oct. 14, 15, 16 at Camp Coker. This years theme will be “The Year of the Eucharist”. Scouting Skills competitions will be held. Awards will be presented at Saturday Evening Mass.

| The river level is very low so this trip will be adjusted to a hiking trip. Bring a 20 oz water bottle and good walking shoes. We will also make a stop at the Revolutionary war battle of Musgrove Mill on Sunday on the way home. Read more... (52 words)

| On Sunday September 11th we will hold our annual planning conference. The Eagle Patrol and the Patrol Leaders MUST attend this meeting. We will start at 3:00 on Sunday afternoon and be finished by 6:00 if we stay on topic. The calendar for the upcoming year will be the result of this meeting.
