 Troop 707 will be meeting in the fellowship hall from now on. Father Cooper is moving into the Howard house so we moved out. Please plan to arrive for meetings a little early to help arrange chairs as they won’t usually be setup.

 Troop 707 will again be running children’s games at the Parish Picnic on September 18th from 12:30 to 3:30. This is always a fun service project for the troop.

 In August we went rafting to the Ocoee River. The Ocoee is one wild ride. We camped in Nantahalla National Forest near Murphy NC. This is a nice Forest Service campground, rivaling many state parks. Read more... (27 words)

| Andy Novak is beginning his Eagle Project. He will be working at St. Paul's school here in Maudlin. There will be some brush to remove and yard cleanup to do. In addition there will be some light construction and painting in a storage room. The first work day will be August 6th. Any additional work will be scheduled as needed. | The Lodge cookout will be Wednesday July 20th at 6:00 PM at the rifle range at camp. BBQ, baked beans, potato salad, chips, iced tea, and ice cream sandwiches wil be served. The OA dance pagent and Vigil callout will follow in the amphitheater.
